Encouragement

Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. Philippians 2:1-2

Encouragement: we are in this together, pilgrims. Consolation: let's make the best of it and help one another. Fellowship: sharing of faith and priorities. Affection: brotherly love. Compassion: bearing one another's burdens. We as Church function best in doctrinal like-mindedness, mutual love, spritual unity and oneness in our purpose: The bold proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This can be achieved, brethren, when we learn and practice the humility that was demonstrated by our Lord.
