Disqualification

Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you. Such a person also goes into great detail about what they have seen; they are puffed up with idle notions by their unspiritual mind. They have lost connection with the head, from whom the whole body, supported and held together by its ligaments and sinews, grows as God causes it to grow. Colossians 2:18-19

Man-made (and Satan-made) religion creates a system of seft-effacement which in reality is false humility. ("I'm more humble, therefore better, than you are, you arrogant Bible waver! And after all, who are we to say?") As in all cases of rebellion, those who reject the Truth will eagerly believe ANYTHING else, such as angelic beings (demons) have higher power and knowledge, therefore deserve our worship. This is gnosticism. Occultism in any form is evil. We will not learn what God wants us to know by studying or practicing any form of occultism. How you feel about it is irrelevant. Occultists will try to convince you that they have "special" knowledge, greater than God has revealed to us in Holy Scripture. Buying into such lies disqualifies you from fellowship with the Father. You cannot grow in your spiritual understanding by disobeying the direct will of God. If what they say, print or practice contradicts the written Word of God, it is Wrong! "Let no man beguile you.."
